Please do not copy my work

As an artist I spend a lot of time and emotional and physical energy producing my art.works. There are many reasons not to copy so please don’t – either by digital download or by trying to replicate my images in an unauthorised derivative.

Even when you purchase a piece of my art.works, it does not mean that you can copy it.

Please do not take my work without permission and if / when I say NO that is what I mean.

It is not YOUR decision what I do with MY art – it is MINE.

I have spent years working on my skills – why don’t you work on your own?

Payments

• I accept payment through Pay pal which accepts all major credit cards

Shipping

Contact me regarding shipping costs prior to purchase

• Shipping is within 7 days of purchase
• All items shipped by Royal Mail from UK and rates are shown in GBP
• If you require tracked postage, insurance or recorded delivery please contact me
• If delivery is international you may be liable for customs charges prior to delivery.
Please check this prior to purchase. I cannot be held responsible for duties, taxes, VAT etc
levied in the buyer’s country or any subsequent hold up at custom’s departments.

Cancellations

I am happy to accept a request for cancellation within 2 days of order.

Returns and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase so please be assured of my best intentions at all times.

Please note that I can not be responsible for any customer remorse after purchase of an item. It is up to the customer to make an informed decision about the purchase they are intending to make.

Please feel free to ask me any number of questions about an item before purchase. I am happy to send further photographs and answer any queries.

In general, sales are final. So please order carefully.

That said; if anything does go wrong with your order please contact me immediately. I will do my best to work with you as I want you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is important to me.

I plan to send the item in the best of physical condition and to take the utmost care in packing it; therefore a refund expected due to poor product quality should not arise.

However should such a situation occur any refund will only be considered after the unused item is returned and received in its original condition, packaging and with receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for all costs involved in return and only the item cost will be refunded.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within the time taken by the payment provider’s policies.
